  2. 2. Centricity locates, schedules and dispatches a manufacturer authorized servicer near you to diagnose the problem.
  3. 3. Centricity determines whether to replace or repair the unit based on the diagnosis.
  4. 4. The product is either repaired by the servicer or replaced by Grand based on Centricity’s determination.


How much is the typical service call?

How long do I have to purchase a plan?30 days before your manufacturer’s warranty expires or 10 months from your delivery date (whichever comes first).

How do I receive the terms and conditions?Centricity will mail or email your official terms and conditions within 2 weeks of your warranty registration.

How do I file a claim?Call (877) 435-6336 day or night to initiate a claim. Be sure to have the model and serial number from your appliance before calling. This can be found on a badge on the product itself (usually in a drawer or some other hidden location) or on your final delivery receipt.

When does coverage begin?All plans begin from the date of purchase and are inclusive of the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Benefits such as laundry credit and power coverage begin day 1.

What is the Limit of Liability?For the Full Value Program, the Limit of Liability per claim is the retail price of the product.

Is power surge covered?Yes. Unlike the typical manufacturer warranty, power surges are covered from day 1. That said, please note that a direct lightening strike to your home is not considered a power surge.

What is not covered?Consumable/replaceable items like filters or batteries, cosmetic damage, animal/insect damage, failures caused by abuse or negligence, firmware/software updates and commercial appliactions to name a few common examples.

What could cause me to lose coverage?Coverage will cease if you alter or remove the serial numbers, have an unauthorized repair during the contract term or the product is lost or stolen.
