Grand Appliance is proud to announce the upcoming opening of its 31st showroom at 1948 W Fabyan Parkway in Batavia, Illinois. The 14,000-square-foot location—nearly double the size of a typical Grand store—is scheduled to open in mid-November.

The Batavia showroom brings that vision to life with immersive displays and expanded selection. Customers will be able to explore fully designed kitchen and laundry vignettes, compare leading brands side by side, and experience appliances in thoughtfully styled, home-like settings. The additional space makes it easier for shoppers to see more options in one place and find solutions tailored to their needs.
The new location will be managed by Dave Lenart, a trusted appliance expert with 21 years of industry experience, most recently serving customers at Grand’s Naperville showroom. “I’m excited to bring Grand’s tradition of exceptional service to Batavia,” said Lenart. “This store gives us the opportunity not just to showcase more products, but to connect with more customers and help them create homes they love.” Grand selected Batavia for its continued growth in the western suburbs, where customers are seeking a more premium shopping experience and greater selection.
