Note the Following When Claiming
- Eligible orders are added to the claim portal 24 hours after final delivery or payment
- Only rebate programs starting with GRAND - see the section below for all other rebates
- One rebate at a time - repeat the process if you qualify for multiple Grand Rebates
- Customer information should match the info on your qualifying Sales Order form
- Savings can be claimed up to one year after the rebate end date
After a Successful Claim
Expect a confirmation email from rebates@grandappliance.com within an hour of a successful claim. A digital Visa card with your savings amount will be emailed 7-10 days to the email address entered above.
Claiming Other Rebates
Many brands are eligible for additional savings programs directly from the manufacturer, distributor, or other third party. While Grand Appliance has no responsibility for or control over these programs or their claims process, we are committed to helping you claim a non-Grand rebate whenever possible. See the sections below for some helpful links and information to help you get started.
PRO TIP: Register Immediately
We strongly encourage you to register for all eligible rebates as soon as 1 day after receiving your delivery. Missed deadlines are the most common reason for rebate issues. Immediate registration confirms your eligibility, starts an email paper trail for you to track your claim and can often make you eligible for extensions if you need additional time to take delivery and complete your claim.
BrandSource Rebates
BrandSource Rebates are available to select independent dealers and are not offered at any national big box chain. They can be identified by a BrandSource logo on the form, usually in the upper right. To claim a BrandSource rebate, follow the steps below. When prompted, enter BGRA1 as the BrandSource dealer ID for Grand Appliance.
- Go to https://rebate.acboffers.com within 30 days of the rebate program end date
- Use the Rebate Code on the official rebate form to start a claim
- When submitting your claim, use a valid email address as it will be used to inform you of updates to your claim status
- Enter any eligible models on your Sales Order per the model listing and requirements listed on the Official Rebate form
- Save your progress if you have not taken delivery, otherwise enter serial numbers for each item to complete the claim
- If you could not complete your claim in step 5, return to the saved claim, enter serial numbers for the eligible items and complete the claim within 60 days of the rebate end date
- Allow up to 8 weeks after claim completion for delivery of your digital BrandSource Mastercard issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International
Manufacturer Rebates and Incentives
