Despite a turbulent launch, which ultimately lead to postponing the much-anticipated exhibitor booths, the National Kitchen & Bath Association and the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show put on a hopeful presentation during the 2021 KBIS Virtual Experience.
While the show was conducted to abide by social-distancing measures, this was more than enough for some, like GE, who, thanks to an interactive virtual show tool, managed to captivate audiences with an illustrative display of kitchen designs. Each portal featured an easy-to-navigate vignette with kitchen appliances from lineups, including GE, GE Café, and GE Profile, decked-out in the latest trends and schemes for every lifestyle.

Fresh and modern, with a finger on the pulse of the latest trends, the Café lineup of kitchen appliances was designed to let buyers express new kitchen styles. During the KBIS virtual show, Café proved once again why they are design leaders with a full spectrum of color options in four unique interior design styles that reimagine how you use your kitchen.
Endless Optimism

Midnight Luxe
What better way to showcase GE Café’s rich, matte-black appliance finish than with the “Midnight Luxe” virtual kitchen venue. For something different, Café paired its all-new flat-black hardware finish with matte-black appliances for a completely sleek and seductive look. Best of all, this kitchen’s appliances deliver performance to match the look.
Here, a double wall oven unit with an upper French door wall oven provides a high-end look, while true convection creates baked goods and entrees as appetizing as its style. While Café’s latest appliance finish is even more impressive in-person, the glossy sheen and minimalist feel of the new platinum glass stainless steel truly allow the “Mindful Escapism” virtual venue to shine. Unlike Café’s matte appliance finish which absorbs light, platinum glass stainless steel reflects light. Along with looking outright pristine, this versatile finish also helps to expand the feel of a space, making it well-suited for open kitchen designs.
The star of this minimalist kitchen design is Café’s quad-door refrigerator with an astonishing 27.4 cubic feet of capacity. Integrated handles keep the presentation refined, while also complementing the smooth-top induction burner with sleek finger controls, and five heating elements. But don’t let its minimalist look fool you: This Café kitchen suite is full of surprises, like, handy voice-activation and cameras compatible with your smart device.
