For thousands of qualified designers, there’s no bigger event than the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS). The event held annually brings together the best-in-class from several industry leaders for a roundup of groundbreaking technology, new-age features, stunning designs, and fresh concepts. Over 60,000 professionals in design and construction mark their calendars each year to network with brand experts and to experience exciting products on the market and to get a sneak peek at what’s in store for the near future.
This year’s showcase, from February 8–10, was one for the books, spotlighting top-tier appliances and products in categories across Bath, Kitchen, Connected Home & Technology, and Honorable Mentions. Get to know the finalists and the reasons they became crowd favorites.

KBIS 2022 Best in Bath
The first category up is for bath and laundry. This year’s lineup features some familiar names with surprising upgrades to their catalog of acclaimed appliances.

GE Profile Top Load Washer (900 Series)
It’s a first of its kind on the market — a top load washer with Microban lining, the same technology used on GE front load washers with UltraFresh Vent System plus OdorBlock. This premium top load washer to hit the stores June 2022, but buyers don’t have to wait until then to enjoy the reliability of GE. Great features are ready to explore on GE washers, including Dynamic Balancing Technology, Smart Dispense detergent reservoirs, speed wash cycles, and 10-year warranties and ENERGY STAR rated performance on several models. Pair with a GE dryer for total fabric care experience, complete with wrinkle guard, sanitize cycles, and HE Sensor Dry that for loads that come out perfectly dry.

Frigidaire Gallery Double Electric Wall Oven
Frigidaire Gallery made a big impact during the KBIS 2022 showcase with this multi-functional double wall. Monogram Designer Collection Appliances
One brand that never fails to impress is Monogram. In 2022, the premier line from GE does it again with the announcement of its first-ever Designer Collection, spearheaded by the winning designs of Richard T. Anuszkiweicz. The two series — Luxe and Lucid — promise dazzling new designs with custom panel finishes and craftstman hardware that elevate the luxury of a kitchen to new heights. The exciting news comes one year after Monogram received the Architectural Digest Great Design Award in 2021. Will Monogram do a repeat as a KBIS 2023 Best of Finalist for the Designer Collection?
Miele Generation 7000 Convection Oven
What’s in store for the future of the kitchen? Miele places bets on its Generation 7000 Artline wall ovens, which feature the latest appliance technology this side of the pond. It’s Miele’s sleekest wall oven design yet, crafted with handless fronts and oven cameras that let you take a peek at what’s cooking without opening the oven door. Signature Kitchen Suite Undercounter Refrigeration
For Signature Kitchen Suite, going vintage was the secret to impressing KBIS judges with this best-in-show undercounter wine refrigerator. The winning feature is called Unique Wine Cave Technology, and it replicates the climate and humidity of traditional wine cellars for optimum flavor retention. Pair this wine cooler with your home’s Wi-Fi for expert wine pairing recommendations with your favorite reds, whites, and rosés.
GE Profile Smart Slide-in Range
This GE Profile 30-inch induction smart range captured the audience by being the first brand with an in-oven camera, pushing the limits on what smart appliances are truly capable of. Its sleek design with a slide-in configuration matches the modern appeal of this range, as well as its powerful induction cooktop with precise temperature control comparable to a flame. GE Profile is a regular standout at the KBIS annual shows, most recently with its Techtopia exhibition in 2021 that drew the attention of designers and builders. This year’s entries continue the brand’s legacy as one of the brands to keep an eye out during KBIS Show.

Here are a few picks to keep an eye on for next year's KBIS event.
Beko DDT39434X Cornerintense Dishwasher
While Beko is often recognized as an eco-friendly appliance brand, that doesn’t mean they’re underperformers. Three Beko home appliances are featured in the KBIS 2022 Honorable Mentions, starting with this Beko dishwasher. What makes this new lineup of nine dishwashers different from the rest? CornerIntense, the redesigned spray arm that oscillates in rectangular pattern to cover every corner with water better than a circular dishwasher arm. It’s just one of the great new dishwasher functions Beko unveiled as part of its new suite of technology along with EveryClean, DeepWash, and SelfDry.

While it’s nothing new from Beko, it’s a well-deserved honorable mention and a reminder of Beko’s devotion to reliable appliances designed to serve you and the planet.
Beko 30-inch Double Wall Oven
One of the biggest moments for Beko during KBIS 2022 was with this double wall oven that clocks in with 11.4 cubic feet of capacity. To date, it’s one of the biggest double wall ovens available on the market, and the features are just as large. Inside this Beko wall oven awaits Twin Fan convection and lightning-fast pre-heating that cook foods an average of 25 percent quicker. Extra-wide door windows are visually stunning and provide an easy look inside while your latest masterpieces bake away to perfection.
Frigidaire Gallery 4-Door French Door Refrigerator
Like Signature Kitchen Suite, this Frigidaire Gallery French door refrigerator seeks to reimagine the function of the popular refrigerator layout with its Custom-Flex Temp Drawer that converts from fresh to frozen storage conditions. Unlike its counterpart, Frigidaire Gallery goes an extra step by rethinking the function of the pantry-style doors. Offsetting one provides users with 75 access to the interior without having to open both doors, which causes more cold air to escape. Like all Frigidaire refrigeration, this model comes with 100 ways to organize, including the SpaceWise Organization System complete with adjustable shelves that make room for tall and bulky items with a flip or slide.
LG QuadWash Pro Dishwasher
The only other dishwasher recognized by this year’s panel of judges is this LG dishwasher with QuadPro technology and Wi-Fi compatibility.
