The oversized center island is central to this balance. While it’s easy to spot premium elements like a huge solid surface top, interesting X-shaped inserts in the cabinet end panels and attractive cottage style pendant lighting, it is easy to imagine families and friends gathered around for food prep, buffet browsing or casual chatting.
The custom wood paneling on the refrigeration and dishwasher also helps maintain the cozy vibe by minimizing the amount of stainless steel and replacing it with the warmer wood tones. The 48-inch Wolf dual fuel range model DF484CG in this kitchen features a slew of chef-inspired features sure to help you produce restaurant-quality meals in your own home. The top consists of four dual-stacked sealed burners, a griddle and charbroiler grill. The dual-stacked burners are capable of producing a BTU output ranging from 20,000 to 300 allowing you to rapidly boil a large stockpot, delicately melt chocolate and do just about everything in between. The full-integrated refrigeration system in this kitchen consists of all-refrigerator column model IC36IDRH and all-freezer column model IC36FILH. Both units accept a custom wood panel and can be installed flush with the rest of the cabinets in the kitchen for seamless integration regardless of the design aesthetic. With 41.4 cubic feet of combined storage, this 72-inch wide refrigeration system can handle most family and entertaining needs and is backed by Sub-Zero’s heritage of premium-grade refrigeration products. Each is designed to last 20 years and all major components are subjected to extreme stress tests to ensure superior durability.
In addition to durability and design, the other major feature of any Sub-Zero refrigeration system is food preservation.
