Grand Appliance “Wisconsin-Made Giveaway” Sweepstakes Official Rules NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: The Grand Appliance “Wisconsin-Made Giveaway” Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Grand Appliance and TV, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Speed Queen, Veterans 1st of NE Wisconsin, and their respective affi liates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 4/14 at 12:00:00 AM CT and ends on 4/26 at 11:59:59 PM CT (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: There are three (3) ways to earn entries: In-Store Entry (1 entry): Visit any Grand Appliance location during the Promotion Period and complete an entry form with a sales associate. Online Entry (1 entry): Complete the entry form located at [landing page URL] and join Grand Appliance’s promotional mailing list. Donation Entry (2 entries): Submit a donation in any amount to Veterans 1st of NE Wisconsin through the form embedded on the sweepstakes landing page. Participants who complete all three (3) actions will receive one (1) bonus entry, for a maximum total of five (5) entries per person. Limit: One (1) set of entries per person/email address for the entire Promotion Period. Maximum one (1) prize per person/email address. Multiple entries beyond the allowed limit will be disqualified.
4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive the Grand Prize, a Speed Queen TC5003WN top load washer and DC5004WE electric dryer. One (1) additional winner will receive the runner up prize, a $200 Hyvee gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,798. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize is unavailable for any reason.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will occur on or about 4/27. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, likeness, and city/state for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be fi nal and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
8. Release of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Speed Queen, Veterans 1st of NE Wisconsin, Meta, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Promotion or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize.
